Welcome to this centrally located home in the Bonaire/Warner Robins area offering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages you to relax, unwind, & leave it all behind! The home has 3 bds/2 baths, along with 2 large walk-in closets. Enjoy the large deck right off the master bedroom. There is a charcoal grill available for rent.
The home is about 15 minutes from RAFB, 10 minutes to Hwy 247 where the major industrial parks are located, 10 minutes to Houston Medical Center, 8 minutes from Little League SE region park & 5min to Rigby's Water Park.

Kitchen - Equipped with everything a cook needs to feel at home. Includes a Drip Coffee Maker with complimentary coffee & sugar, microwave, waffle maker, a toaster oven that is also an air fryer, spices, (more than just your basics), plenty of pots and pans & much more.

Living room is a cozy space to enjoy family time or to watch your favorite show.

The laundry area includes a brand-new washer and dryer along with a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener. There is an ironing board and iron. Left out for guests is a caddy with cleaning supplies if ever needed.

The backyard is fenced-in with plenty of room to play and enjoy.

Please note that the cleaning fee is for stays less than 5 days. For any stay that is 5 days or over but less than 10 days, cleaning fee is $130. Any stay 10 days or over but less than 14 days, cleaning fee is $150.
